Risks & interactions

Fadogia agrestis has no human safety data and caused testicular toxicity in rats — treat with real caution. Ashwagandha and tongkat ali carry rare liver-injury reports; cycle them. Chronic high-dose alpha-GPC has an observational stroke-risk signal. Several of the sleep and testosterone add-ons carry more marketing than evidence.

Who this is for

Best mined selectively: the evidence-backed core (creatine, omega-3, vitamin D for deficiency, theanine, ashwagandha for stress) is reasonable; the testosterone stack (fadogia, tongkat ali) and several sleep add-ons are experimental and, in fadogia's case, potentially unsafe.
